JOB INTERVIEW

How are you today? I hope you are good.

On the previous blog I review the Job application and CV, On 19th Aug I had a Job interview with Mr Archdi. I felt nervous because I've never been interviewed before. but I've already prepared all of  the things. Mr. Archdi give us an example video interview and I watch it well. 

Actually I'm late for this interview, because last week the internet connection in my city was broken.

This interview simulation aims to give us an overview of Job application.

The employer began to ask me question, and this question and answers during the interview :

 Can you tell me about yourself?

  I’m Kesya. I’m from Pekanbaru. I have just graduated from Universitas Negri jakarta in 2019 and English Education as my major. I did my internship in Al-Azhar as english teacher for a year and I have also worked in EF as english teacher for young learners for 2 years.

Why would you like to work for us?

The company of Enrich English reputation is certainly a factor. I would be proud to work for this company with such along history of leadership and teaching process. And also my background, i’m qualified to work in this company.

Tell me about your previous experiences?

I have spent 2 years as an English teacher in EF. As the current positition, i frequently taught young learners. At the beginning of last years, i optimized my soft skills to improve the students in English.

How do you feel working as part of a team?

I enjoy working in the team, because it help to do task more easily and I could respect others prespective.

How much salary do you expect?

I’m open to discussing what you believe to be a fair salary for the posttion. However, based on my previous salary, my knowledge, and my experience. I would expect a salary in the general range of 4 million to 5 million. Again, i’m open to discussing this numbers with you.
